This event is for my granddaughter, Alyssa. She was diagnosed with a brain tumor the last week of May. The tumor was removed and thankfully it was not cancer. She is still in the University of Iowa Hospital. Her hometown of Pleasantville has been so supportive and helpful to their family during this time and has organized this benefit for them. It is so wonderful to be a part of a small community where everybody pulls together and helps when and where it is needed!
