This extremely gloomy rainy day became magical...An absolutely gorgeous floral arrangement for The Ward Family arrived today delivered by a Hoquiam florist. It was a total surprise and anonymous but with a wonderful and uplifting message...no signature but I have a hunch they were sent from far away... While normally I dont like autumn colors at all (Orange? YUCK!!!!) I really learned something today... The person who designed this has the eye of a true artist! Each flower perfectly accents the other in color and texture...The colors are like bright jewels and I LOVE it! There are even little bits of purple setting off the oranges and yellows...and the varigated roses!!..SUPERB! If the lighting is better tomorrow I will post a photo...breath-taking!!!! Ill be using that photo as a reminder and a challenge to myself to work with autumn colors and make them SING! ... Whoever you are, bless you...you made a big difference today. Thank you, thank you....
