This facebook i made really is suppose to be my positive up beat (not posting as much crap) fb for those that dont play games if you play games like Candy crush please add my other account... but i warn you i do post alot more on there...i was trying to keep most people separate. ....any who i need advice....we let friends borrow our car, as per our verbal and some written agreement we were told and they were told any damages that were done by them would be fixed by them. Well, during the recent tornados we lost Justins car, the "friends" he let borrow his car that day drove it into water and left it for days rusting, not fixing it like he told us he was. the engine has now rusted up and wont move insurance is calling us on monday with a quote of what they will pay for the car but it wont go to us it will go to the place justin owes money too. we are now out of a car. I have looked into small claims court and it doesnt cost alot of fee to take someone and we have evidence they were to help pay damages. I have no clue what i am doing....i have been to harrassment court/ domestic violence court but never small claims
