This fall, I hosted a session on leadership at Citi featuring Anna Maria Chávez, CEO of Girl Scouts of the USA. Provided below are the seven leadership lessons that Anna shared with us - do they resonate with you? 1. Dont underestimate the power of resilience or balance. 2. Find the good and honor it. 3. No job is too small or beneath you. Whatever job you hold, be the best you can be. 4. Leadership is about humility. Show, dont hide, your imperfections. 5. If you are not making mistakes, you probably arent innovating. 6. Stay on track. It was built for you and only you. Dont let others push you off. 7. Be grateful for every day you are given.
