This fantastic workshop is just over 1 week away! Do share with your friends... I have been asked by several students why I dont have a regular Prenatal class. Well, the reasons are many, but here is a really great one: I find that when I create and host a Workshop rather than an ongoing class, the commitment level from the students is greater. This forms a closer community, and mamas-to-be find it easier to form bonds, to connect with each other, and that in turn builds a sense of trust in the classes, so that our discussions delve deeper into the tough topics, and we all have the opportunity to work through questions, fears, anxieties, to find our strengths.
