This film marks the biggest success in Japanese Anime-to-film - TopicsExpress

This film marks the biggest success in Japanese Anime-to-film production. I guess no one predicted the 1st Rurouni Kenshin (film) to be that successful. Given the list of failed attempt on Japanese Anime-to-film history. Out of the thousands of very famous Japanese anime, who would have guessed this slightly outstanding Rurouni Kenshin will be a blockbuster in film? The success of the 1st film brought the team into producing an even grander, bigger budget sequels. I have nothing to say but it will be a hit. Like the 1st film, I never expect it to be that good. This sequel brings the audience into a bigger horizon. I cant really say much about this film because director Keishi Ohtomo seems to save all its surprises in the final film Rurouni Kenshin: The Legend Ends. Anyway, the choreographs in this sequel seems a little overdone. Too much spectacular stunts that Kendo techniques are dimmed by it. Unlike the first film, the choreographs were an amazing balance. But Keishi Ohtomo might be saving the best for last. I am sure looking forward to it. It is now in Malaysia. Do not miss it!
