He took a stand maybe others will as well: I just posted the following on Jim Sinegals Facebook page: Heard the news that Dinesh DSouzas book was being pulled from your book tables. Weve been executive members for years and have regularly shopped at our local Costco. I cancelled our membership this afternoon. The manager tried to convince me that the reason for removing the book from inventory is based on poor sales. Im not buying into that. I know, because Ive worked retail under corporate watchdogs, all it takes is a quick email with a company-wide mandate instructing employees what they are to tell customers regarding any controversy that may arise. Im sick of your politics and your vigorous support of the liberal left, which, by the way, is destroying this country. #votewithyourdollars
