This follows on the heels on my last status. The part on my truck that failed is the Powertrain Control Module. My coverage is the High Tech coverage, which includes the POWERTRAIN, and Base coverage. Basically, its the best warranty of what was offered. Its an electrical part. Under the Base coverage, it clearly says electrical is covered. The claims guy is telling me thats not covered because it isnt specifically listed. Does it make sense that I am extremely frustrated because hes telling me a part with the word POWERTRAIN in it isnt covered under the POWERTRAIN warranty?
