The City is coordinating with the American Red Cross on efforts. Hammond Park is located at 705 Hammond Drive at Glenridge. The American Red Cross opened a shelter at Hammond and Glenridge drives to anyone who is stranded. Officers who come across stranded motorists are offering rides to the shelter.
