This from WODC this morning: Dear Mr McArthur-Christie I write in response to your recent query relating to the current Local Plan Housing consultation and the status of Bampton. I can confirm that Bampton is defined as one of six rural service centres (alongside Burford, Charlbury, Eynsham, Long Hanborough and Woodstock). The news page on the WODC website should include reference to Bampton and I will amend accordingly.
