This from a WCHS report on the front porch burglar from Cross Lanes: Davis was also seen on video trying to enter the house through the front and back doors. Court records show Davis is no stranger to the law. She is a former physicians assistant and court documents show that in 2011 she was charged with 34 felony counts, including several counts of forging prescriptions for controlled substances. The Kanawha County Prosecutors Office recused itself from the case in 2011 because her child works for the prosecutors office. The Boone County prosecutor was assigned the case and a plea deal was reached, allowing her to plead guilty to two misdemeanor counts of simple possession. It appears those charges have now been expunged from her record, according to court documents. She is from an upper class family in an upper class neighborhood. She walked away from 34 felonies. Does this bother anyone.? Bothers me.
