This girl is so strong. Ive came a long way since I was in her shoes but Ive never had the courage to post about mine on a public media site....she inspires me to though. Not that Im ashamed but the fear of judgment by those who dont nor will they ever understand. Being a cutter doesnt mean someone is a bad person or emo or anything stupid. It simply means that we didnt know how to express ourselves or get whatever that we were feeling off of our chests. I was a cutter for quite a few years of my life. I cannot express to anyone enough that its not worth it. If youre battling mental illness (depression, anxiety, ptsd, anger, personality disorders, low self-esteem, etc) dont be scared to ask for help! Whether if its from a friend or family member or even stranger, ask for help! It just takes one time for you to cut to deep or to cut the right spot then youre gone forever...no matter your situation someone does care. Whether if you know it or not someone, some where does care!
