This gloom will continue to hang over us here in USA until we change the existing authorities and extend them to cover these sneak arounds described in the NY Times article today. Since I am old enough and have read of the great drought (that nearly put America out of business back in the 1930s), I know for a fact that when chemical companies first began their developments in the 1950s, it was to assure that crops would be less likely to fail, not that they had a right to play God and reinvent the foods we eat to satisfy their companys profit greeds, nor to reinvent the foods we eat so as to make them creators of disease conditions, nor to poison our waters, soils, air, mothers breast milk, fetuses, animals, insects, etc. We need to rein this in, folks, because their agendas do not match those of human life. Please read this for yourself and then become active in reversing the situation, which seems to require retracting FDA approval of all GMOs in place (or about to become approved), redefining the authorities of various agencies in charge of such affairs, like the Agricultural Dept, etc., and getting policies in place to put these devils out of existence. I cannot do this alone: You need to be of help in saving yours and your familys lives, protecting our communities, and saving our nation and the world from Death by Monsanto, et all.
