This gorgeous platinum caravan (less than 1year old) is located on the award winning presthaven sands holiday park in north wales & is now available for hire for 2014 x the 3 school holiday weeks I have left are x 25TH JULY - 1ST AUG 15TH AUG - 22ND 22ND - 29TH AUG we only do 7nt breaks friday to friday x It is a top of the range caravan with central heating & double glazing, 3 bedrooms that sleeps 6 people in comfort, having ensuite to main bedroom at one end of the caravan & two twin bedrooms at the other end & shower room, the main lounge/dining area/kitchen is located in the centre of the caravan & is furnished to a very high modern standard with patio doors leading to the large corner plot. All bedrooms come with tv/dv/freeview so dont forget to bring your favourite films with you. A 32 tv with freeview is wall mounted in lounge It is located on a large corner plot with with decking that has a secure gate to keep the little ones safe and there is ample parking along side the caravan, its literally across the road from the main complex (2mins) & a short walk to the beach, this is a bonus when you have small children or elderly guests that cant walk far! A £50 non refundable deposit should you cancel is required to secure your chosen date, then full payment is required 4weeks prior to arrival, the £50 is then used as a security bond which will be refunded after your holiday provided the caravan is left in the condition you found it in (please allow us time to inspect the caravan & arrange the refund) *PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A NO SMOKING CARAVAN & NO PETS SORRY*
