This gown is SO much better than my hospital gown - 4 days of my 12 twins vacation was spent watching their mom hooked up to an IV not knowing but being told I had cancer and facing chemo - the biopsy after 5 days (never get sick on a Saturday!) finally came through on Christmas Eve - what a great present and miracle to be told they were benign. I do however have a stomach eating bacteria called H. Pylori en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Helicobacter_pylori and I suggest you take a look at this. The are now vaccinating children (my kids just got their round of shots) to prevent this disease - it is pre-cancerous, causes ulcers and very common - and you MAY NOT KNOW IT!! Not sure what the tests are - probably just blood - but on your next physical just ask - cant hurt - cause Ill test, it you do you can be cured with an intense round or 2 of antibiotics. Since I came out with this I have had many friends confess their medical woahs to me - Barrets Esophogus is another common pre-cancerous condition - seems I have that as a result of all of this -- GET CHECKED!! They say knowledge is power - I believe I suffered through all of this so I could be of service to others. I have a blessed life. It was pretty sweet, even tethered to an IV, in pain and scared to have my twins crawl into the bed with me and watch a movie on the computer. It kept it all in prospective, made me humble and grateful beyond words and a reminder that life is NOT a dress rehearsal - this is it - enjoy while you can, cherish every day and give back - Dream It, Believe It, Achieve It!! your friend Forbes Riley
