This group has taught me a valuable lesson. DO NOT ask an honest question. It will be spun somehow to fit someones need to complaints and whoa is me attitudes. I asked a simple question yesterday and was called every name in the book, flat out insulted and in the end out of about 265 comments only 15 were actually on task. People called each other fat, unamerican, lazy and all types of things that were just uncalled for. I came over from the old group (i was #34 in this group) and now that we are over 41K I can honestly say it hasnt gotten better, only more reactionary. Ive discovered (here) that it is easier to react and comment however you want (regardless of topic) than it is to actually understand the context of a post and give proper feedback. To be honest, it is fairly weak.
