This group is a special group to help canine lives. CANINE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM help in abandoned/drop off canines in distress, need vetting when other resources are not available, and all else has failed at the time canine is in crisis. These saved canines are places in emergency foster homes under a reputable RESCUE SHELTER or HUMANE SOCIETY. CANINE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM is NOT a RESCUE SHELTER but are Volunteer Emergency Response Workers in helping place canines into a RESCUE SHELTER or HUMANE SOCIETY asap that will be able to give the canines the care needed. Pics will be post shared of available dogs/pups to be fostered/or are fostered and up for adoption through the RESCUE SHELTERS & HUMANE SOCIETYS. Some of these canines that are posted are also those which the CANINE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM has saved from serious deadly situations, all year round weather conditions . Situations when all else has failed, and ALL other resources were unavailable to help. Also pics of canines in LOST & FOUND Departments are shared, those that are brought to our attention, in hoping they will be reunited with their owners. And in abandoned/drop off cases where no owner is, a new owner will adopt them through a RESCUE SHELTER or HUMANE SOCIETY. Foster Homes: RESCUE SHELTERS and HUMANE SOCIETYS are looking for emergency foster homes who may be available and able to volunteer, short or longer term. All supplies are covered. People of interest: Someone caring who has time for a pet that needs abit of assistance, tlc before going into their new adopted home. Adoption fees: RESCUE SHELTERS & HUMANE SOCIETYS each have their own various adoption fees. The main goal is to find the best matched and approved adoption homes for any and all canines. Donations: Any donations is greatly appreciated to a RESCUE SHELTER or HUMANE SOCIETY of ones choice. Dog/Pup food, pet supplies, vet bills, etc. ALL wanting the same goals to help canines in one way or another. Any donations CANINE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM recieves goes straight to a Vet Clinic under a RESCUE SHELTER or HUMANE SOCIETY canine file for vet bills. NOTE: CANINE EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM is a volunteer group. Small group but still wanting to make a difference in helping canines in the best humane way possible throughout Manitoba. Every little bit counts one RESCUE SHELTER Intake Worker once said. And its all about the safety and well being of canines. Any bad mouthing one to another in this group is not exceptable and will be removed. We are here to help canines in need all wanting the same goal. Please do respect this site.
