This gun law they are attempting to pass in Missouri is stupid. This is what they want: It would require a person to attempt to retreat if at all possible when facing danger in their home and a defendant must prove they had no other option than to use deadly force. The third provision would disallow automatic immunity from a civil lawsuit for anyone who uses deadly force or shoots someone. My thought is if you do not want violence used against you, then do not break into my home because I will NOT retreat in my own home, I will blow your ass away. I am not going to try to debate the issue with an intruder and try to figure out if they are violent or not. Stupid politicians.
