This guy who claims to head Fil-Ams and Fil-Cans sees SWS findings re presidential preference survey that it just recently had, not thinking that half of what he said made him a joker of the highest order. Yes, he was right re the lord of Makati, but he was wrong re Mr. Palengke. What “walletless” Roxas has shown himself as a clean, humble, honest and incorruptible politician was he forwarding about Roxas? Was he deaf and blind on the visible and loud facts of Roxas bellowing invective at the little bad girl on the stage in the Makati rally when he campaigned for president so prematurely; of his getting caught by candid camera along-side corruptor Chinaman, our Motherlands economic saboteur number one, Lucio Tan, seemingly shaking like a servant in his masters presence, like a wet chicken, a corruptee; of what the senator do-nothing said soon after BS corrupt DAP was exposed by Jinggoy in his Jinggoy Bells song in the Senate, that he, Mr. Palengke, ran errand for BS in talking to him, driving him, serving as his Tsuperman, to where BS was and to be dangled millions of DAP on his face for Coronas de-crowning when they got there? Somebody should tell this writer not to fool the people by saying what Binay really is, and what Roxas not really is to be a saint. Somebody should shout up-close his ears what Amazing Grace had said at the KBP event that she honored-guested, that what our country needed as a leader is Tapat at mapagkakatiwalaan, which Roxas also miserably fails to qualify. He wants so much to enlist Senator Grace as Roxas horse to ride on in racing to Malacanang with Binay whose dust he is eating? Dung. ++++ ‘Funny’ SWS findings Philippine Daily Inquirer 12:01 AM | Saturday, December 27th, 2014 opinion.inquirer.net/81247/funny-sws-findings As usual, SWS surveys point to Vice President Jojo Binay, who has been accused publicly of amassing billions of pesos in public office, as the man to beat in the 2016 presidential election. We find the survey result funny if not silly; the fact is, majority or 79 percent of Filipinos do not trust Binay and see him as a big liar who will cheat his way up to steal more money from the Filipino taxpayers—just like what he allegedly did when he was mayor of Makati. Binay used to survive on a “check-to-check” basis, but not anymore. His stolen wealth runs into billions of pesos and his lifestyle, as well as his family’s, is a living testimony of how superrich they are. Even street people in the Philippines know this. In complete contrast, Interior Secretary Mar “walletless” Roxas has shown himself as a clean, humble, honest and incorruptible politician just like Sen. Grace Poe. With Roxas’ long experiences in both local and national posts he held early on, he is ripe for the presidency. With a Roxas-Poe team (remember Poe is also honest, humble and incorruptible) the presidential and vice-presidential elections in the Philippines would be a done deal. Binay has been reduced into a “nuisance” candidate, that is, if he won’t be locked up in jail by then. —MIKE M. MORENO, chair, Fil-Am Fil-Can Alliance, [email protected]
