This handsome boy has been at the Wise County shelter in Decatur for over a month, patiently waiting for his turn at a forever home. Right now, the volunteer program is running a holiday event - all adoption fees are sponsored and each adoption comes with a voucher for free spay/neuter. This runs through Dec 23rd. Charlie is a wonderful boy - so very calm and gentle, a big ol teddy bear. Hes wonderful with kids, came from a home with other dogs, hes sweet, friendly, loving and affectionate.
