This handsome boy is Comet. Comet is a 1-1/2 year old Jack Russell/Pomeranian mix that needs a special home. The reason he needs a special home is because he has some issues that he is having difficulty overcoming. He is neutered, current on vaccines, microchipped and housebroken. He likes kids, other dogs his same size and even gets along with bigger females, he is ok with cats and women. His issue is with men, his food bowl and his crate. He loves his crate and when he is in it gets possessive when another dog comes by his crate. He also tends to be a bit on the food aggressive side with other dogs but not with people. And with men he does not always warm up to men right away and acts aggressive towards them. He will even go up to them and jump up to nip at them...never bite but a nip to let them know he is boss. He is such a sweetie and loves to cuddle and nudge up to you when you are laying in bed or sitting on the sofa watching tv. He needs a home with a single woman or an older woman and would make a great apartment dog. He does not get into anything, no chewing, no other bad behaviors except for what was already stated.
