This happened last week. I told my hubs im unhappy bout my milk supply. Im not sure if im stress or what, the supply is getting lesser and im looking for alternatives to boost it. Then he said maybe its your diet, try eating more veg or fruits? You see, cows have so much milk. Then i said cow eats grass! Are you suggesting i should eat grass too?. He replied .....if it helps? Well... He is a supportive..hahah. Still trying hard to increase supply. Should i continue pumping eventho sometimes nothing? My lo is 6weeks old. First month i managed to pump 2oz for both side, then now its hardly 1oz! Oh dear. Will it ever increase again??
