This has always been my favorite holiday. A day of thankfulness. Not just for the good food, but for all Gods Blessings. Family ,all of Gods bounty. Thinking back on past Thanksgivings with all my loved ones. It has been quite a few years that we were all together. Mom and dad, and Cathy were still with us all then. Oh how I miss them all on this day, out of every holiday, but especially this one. I am truly thankful for those times we were all together. God has been so good to me! Days are really flying by. My prayer today is that God would be with all the ones who are homeless, and hungry. And the lost. May God fill their hearts and their stomachs. May he be their shelter with his love. May the warmth of the Holy Spirit keep them. I also pray for families. That we all realize what we mean to each other, no matter where they are. Time or distance holds nothing on our love for each other. I think on the days of our childhood today too. All those days that I thought were so hard back then. Now, they are just fond memories that make my heart smile. Where has all the time gone? I am so thankful for all those days. Thanking God for my family days. We remember our roots, we remember what really matters. The love of God, the love of family. I pray that God fills every home on this and every coming day. Hold on to him. Remember to thank him today and every day. God Bless you all with his bounty.
