This has always been my favorite song, but most people would not understand it. I liken it to my life, it is how I feel about the love I feel for people, I hear in the silence and in the words the quiet desperation of many, that is why I like to listen. I listen, I listen with my heart and I understand that, that silence that unspoken quiet desperation and often as it is spoken I myself become the quiet desperation....We must bring joy, we must share love, we must grow a garden full of flowers in the hearts of the friends, the strangers and the people who cross our daily paths......
