This has been in the offing for a number of years, and it is not about profit or growth, it is about consolidation of absolute power for the corporate world. It will remove the chance of them coming up against a politician that cant be bought. They wont even have to buy them. This us far more serious than even this speaker will publicly admit, and it will reduce us from wage/tax slaves to the real thing!!
