This has been such a truly amazing week! I am so overwhelmed by the outpouring of love and support for the project! I received over 1,000 likes in the past 3 days!!! I am so grateful for every single like, comment and message that I have received! I am still in the process of responding to people, so if you have not yet heard back from me, you will :) I am so excited about the future of the project! I met with two wonderful ladies today who gave me their advice and guidance on the next steps for the project and how to expand! I am super excited to meet with a few more people who have so graciously offered me their expertise in helping me to gain non profit status and in developing a logo, website and printed materials. So be looking for these things to emerge and develop in the next few months! Thank you to everyone who has offered me their help! It is so appreciated! Other thank yous from the past two weeks: Charissa White, Meme Porcelli and Libby Coolidge...thank you for your financial contributions! They will be used to purchase new items for older children going into foster care! Thank you to Carrie Spiteri, Willi McComie, Pam Lewis and Alysson Enriquez for the wonderful clothing, blankets, hats and other baby items that you donated!! They are just perfect! Thank you, again, to Maegan Vidal of Randall Childrens Hospital for setting up the Fox 12 television interview. Without you, none of this would have happened!! And thank you to Kaitlyn Bolduc of KPTV Fox 12 for bringing the story to life!! And a special thank you to the infamous Sally Kirchoff also of Randall Childrens Hospital! Sally donated an entire case of new books and several bags of new infant clothing! Thank you Sally for everything you have done for the project!! In honor of me taking the first steps in officially becoming a non profit organization, next week I am going to share with you some other wonderful organizations that are very near and dear to my heart. I have been inspired by many of them! Please check back each day next week to learn about some wonderful people and organizations! I just want to thank you all, again, for such a wonderful week! I do not have adequate words to describe just how grateful I am for all of the support that I have received this week, so I will simply say thank you and hope that you all know how truly grateful I am!
