That is NOT public education, that is private education being financed by public education dollars. Sorry. Nice try. This whole charter-school-choice movement is a thinly veiled attempt to re-segregate our public schools: schools where ALL kids, with EVERY possible learning style, physical and emotional disability, creed, race, religion, immigration status, and culture are WELCOME and have a RIGHT to a free and public education.
