Im not going to completely jump to the conclusion that this was a guy who was carrying out a lone wolf operation on behalf of ISIS/ISIL, but his crime fits the methodology of what ISIS/ISIL had been calling supporters to carry out in the US and Europe, and he fits the profile of the kind of person ISIS/ISIL was hoping to recruit to their side and to do their bidding. You might want to renew your personal commitment to PERSEC, OPSEC, and good situational awareness.
