This has nothing to do with babies or being a mum but... And sorry for the essay. Was just wondering what peoples views were, I moved into a private rented property through an estate agents in November, on Christmas Eve my toilet blocked up and the estate agents said there was nothing they could do, they sent out 4 different people to come and look at it in the space of 2 weeks and 3 of them said it was a collapsed drain and would be a big job, the last people that come round unblocked it but it said it would probably block up again due to the drain being damaged but they are charging me for it £200 odd!! I havent paid it yet as they havent sent me the invoice but I dont see how this is my fault and dont see why I should pay as it could happen again. I have a 4yo and another on the way and really cant afford it. I had to move into my parents for 2 weeks while they got it sorted too and have refused to give me any money off the rent. One very annoyed and stressed mum x
