This has taken me a few hours to decide whether to write this or not so I do hope I dont offend anyone as it is certainly not my intention. I wanted to keep this page fun and positive as I really love what I do and love sharing with you all and capturing your precious memories so am disappointed to have to go here. Over the last few months I have had a lot of last minute cancellations and no shows. Most who know me will agree that I am very flexible and understanding and always happy to reschedule or work something out for you, I am also a parent and understand that things happen and even sometimes cancellations are necessary. At the end of the day though as much as I love meeting new friends and seeing returning ones this is a business and it is how I help support my family so not turning up for a scheduled session without notice not only puts me and my family out but also other families that I have turned away that could have had that appointment. If you are unable to make your scheduled time please just message/ call me so that I am able to rearrange a time or rebook your spot - it is really just a courtesy thing that can make a huge difference and I really am understanding - honestly I dont bite lol! In saying that though we have made the decision that all future bookings will only be confirmed by the receipt of a deposit and further confirmation required 24-48 hours prior to the booking. Thankyou for everyone who has supported me and for those that do the right thing - I am so appreciative of your business and friendships. OK....Now back to the fun stuff hey!.... {xo}
