This image really evokes two feelings for me - warmth and cold. Ive always pictured Saigon with those circular lamps as seen on TV or theatrical shows. In Saigon as ive discovered it, those who own a house or building and live in the city are the wealthy ones and the rest are poor. I see the rich (warmth) in the left and less fortunate (cold) in the right. There seems to have that contrast as how the streetlight colours evokes my emotions.
