This incident should shed light on an unsettling policy of having no armed personal with the exception of MPs who make up a small percentage, on military bases. They are targets. For domestic and international terrorist. For crazies trying to make some stupid point, and for our enemies who would attack us. Seems to me the places most likely to be attacked should be the most prepared. Today illustrates to us that we are anything but prepared for attacks on our own soil whether they be domestic or foreign in origin.
