I may be a stranger to you, but you are definitely no stranger to me, I listen to your show all the time and Ive even done a photo shoot with your sister. Ive been following your story recently and I have 2 say that I am completely moved. After dating my boyfriend for 3years I found out this year in april that Im pregnant. Being an unmarried indian girl, that creates a lot of controversy amongst family and friends, on hearing about our pregnancy my boyfriend insisted we abort, his initial theory was that I trapped him. Scared and alone I told my parents and after surpassing all that, the decision for us to marry came about. He did not agree to marry me until about 5months passed. At 3 months I almost lost my baby girl had severe bleeding and my boyfriend seemed relieved. Everything turned out okay an Ever since the beginning I have been to every check up, scan and antenatal class all alone. We tied the knot in july this year, but trust me Im still alone doing everything on my own for the baby that we made. I too am not rich enough 2 see private gyneas and solely rely on public medical system, even though we are married now, my baby girl only has her mommy. Had your situation been different you might still have been all alone. A man will never understand. I am now 35weeks along and due next month. My biggest fear was having 2 be emotional n physically alone during birth. It myt not have gotten better for you and Im sorry but u have helped me over come my pregnancy fear just by speaking the truth. Im happy I chose 2 keep her even with all my doubt and hardship. And your babyboy will be remembered for making that difference, you should be a very proud mommy!
