This is 30 yrs male, had exposed to explosion and causing corneal wound in his RE 9 months back. I did suturing the corneal wound. then 3 months later I transfered him to retinal surgeon to do vitrectomy to remove intraocular F. B. Nasal and away from fovea. PPV, lensectomy, removal of F. B. , ILM peeling, and gas injection was performed without IOL implantation. Now 9 months elapsed, bcva 0.2, iop 11 mmhg and I want to do secondary IOL implantation : 1) what type of iol do you advise ( scleral fixation, Artisan anterior or posterior , or AC iol) 2) how can you deal with previously vitrectomized eye during secodary implantation (filaringa ring, AC maintainer, depersive or cohesive viscoelastic). Please advise me.
