I am using the following ebooks #ButtBible #Deadlifts #Absession #Delts2Die4 #BackAttack, and get inspiration from #BadAssWorkouts too to implement chest/biceps and triceps exercises. I add hot yoga in my routine to help with my balance and tearing a lot of my scar tissue (due to multiple injuries). Its been helping with my form when I do weights, AND its making me do more cardio than I could fit from any machines. Same for jogging, I do it more for my puppy to get stronger and bigger. It is most challenging to me but I need some form of impact to stimulate and strengthen my bones. Im waiting to see your routine!
