This is Buddy. Buddy comes to us from PA from the good folks at Echo rescue. Buddy is a feral dog, who has been in foster for awhile. He is mistrusful of people, as are most feral dogs. I have Buddy in our grooming room, where its nice and cool, and away from the kaos of the other dogs who are here. What I want to accomplish is to get Buddy to come to me on his own.
