This is Caddiss leg before surgery and after surgery!!! This is why we had to do the surgery on her leg. The two bones were twisted and bowed causing full misalignment all way down to the toes.. So if we had left it like it was it would have caused many more problems. Luckily she is young and had an awesome Ortho Vet, Dr. Egger do her Surgery. She will be perfect once healed up. Her leg is straight now and eventually (5-8 weeks) she will get the metal off, that is just there to keep it stabilized and straight. Her surgery and healing process will cost us about 2-3 k.
