This is Chica. She was found running in American Canyon, CA. Chica is extremely thin, you can see every rib, bone, just a skeleton, she weighs about 4 pounds she should be closer to . 6 to 7 pounds. Were going to get her fattened up, spayed, shes just had her vaccines and then will be up for adoption. She is about a year old, very friendly and were working on her house manners.
