This is Christine Ingram Barritt again just checking in. What a fantastic weekend we had!! It was the closest normal family weekend we have had in 11 weeks, and it was great! I have been searching for a wheelchair accessible van for the passed few weeks, and thought that I had come across one at a reasonable price in decent shape. Unfortunately, it didnt have enough clearance. Well I knew that John had his heart set on going to Cheyennes last local tournament of the season, and I had no way to get him there :/. I actually thought about strapping him in the back of a horse trailer, and then I thought his head would bounce around too much. So I did yhe next best thing; rented a cargo van, used motorcycle ramps, had several friends help me get him in and out! It was challenging, but we did it!! We had a fantastic weekend eating hot links, hanging out in the sunshine, and watching our girl play ball! No home runs today, but did great! Im feeling like the luckiest mom/wife on the planet! :)
