This is Doc(left) and Sis. I have owned Doc for 2.5 yrs. I didnt want or need another horse. Wasnt looking but I came across a pic of Sis on a friends auction lot page. She tries to find homes for horses as a last resort before they are put on the kill truck:( The resemblance between Doc and this mare was striking and then when I saw her papers I realized she was a half sister to my Doc. I waited, hoping and praying that someone would take her but in the final hour before she was to be put on the truck I bought her. I just couldnt let her go there. Shes a bit skinny but other than that in good shape and such a sweetheart! Some things are just meant to be:)
