This is Evelyn Brester, Shirleys daughter. Just giving an update. Mom had surgery yesterday to remove the aneurysm and her spleen. The aneurysm was the size of an orange. She is feeling better now - the pain is between a 5 & 6. She has gotten rid of the tube that was in her nose that went to her stomach and also has gotten rid of the oxygen at this time. Kidneys are back to working and she no longer has to see the kidney doctor - THANK THE LORD!!!!!She has been given the ok to have ice chips by the surgeon. She is very tired and is resting a lot today. She is still in ICU - please check with me prior to visiting. Thank you in advance.
