This is Filosofi from Dantes Infernal Puzzle Collection: We came upon a castles lovely base, seven times enircled by lofty walls, defended round by a fair rivulet. Within, a meadow full of lush green plants, and people there with solemn eyes and slow, of great authority in countenance; the spoke but seldom, and in gentle tones. Three stood around in quiet, deep debate, all clearly of the greatest of their kind, and as I saw them wonder came to me. There Socrates, Euclid and Plato stood, and in such worthy company I was naught. But which the very greatest of them all? Not I, said Euclid with a gentle smile. It is Plato, Socrates declared. Socrates is wrong, Plato opined. Their modest forbids, whispered my guide, but of the three just one is speaking the truth. So who then is the mightiest of the three?
