This is Harley. He is our craigslist stray. I got him when he was only a few weeks old. last week my 14 year old son and his friend were playing out back with the dogs when they decided to go for a walk down the street. They did not properly latch the gate so Harley came running behind to catch up naturally. My neighbor then claims that Harley charged him growling and barking. So the neighbor hit him with a Garden hose and my son was right there to bring Harley home. Animal control did nothing when they came to the house because my dogs were registered and had their shots. Yesterday I received notice from the Jp court that I must surrender Harley to animal control until a hearing where they will determine if he is dangerous or not. I am posting this not because I think we can stop it from happening to him but to educate on the ignorance of breed specific legislation. #SaveHarley https://youtube/watch?v=6cAk4XFexBc
