This is Hong Kongs situation now. Without justice, without a law-abiding police force. This footage shows, a SUPERINTENDENT of POLICE from the Hong Kong Police Force, while taking part in an operation to clear a protest site adjacent to the location where this footage is taken, clearly strike a mans back / spine as he follows the polices order to move away from the area. As the footage shows, the victim was attacking, was not posing any threats, had his back to the Superintendent, and most importantly he was following the polices order to move away. To top it all, no one can be sure if the victim was a protesters or just a law-abiding citizen caught in the middle of it. But by the look of it, with a woman who appears to be his girlfriend / spouse, and who he was trying to protect, and an elderly woman following close behind, it appears more like he was just on his way to a family dinner than taking part in the nearby protest. This is just one of many of the polices foul play in the past two months since the umbrella movement started. Considering the suspect is a senior police official whose rank normally represent a division commander, it is indeed a very sad scene for all Hong Kong people, and had a huge negative effects on the justice system in Hong Kong. Please, pray for Hong Kong.
