It is laughable considering that its core argument is that Israel is the controlling power enjoying sovereignty and that Palestine is not sovereign because it is not self sufficient. In a weak attempt to undermine Palestines legal right to declare its independence, this analysis makes it clear that it is actually Israel that lacks the requirements by international law to be declared sovereign since it is dependent in every way upon the US and EU. By all international legal standards Israel is an illegal and belligerent occupier that cannot claim or exercise sovereignty over the lands it illegally occupies.
