This is Lollipop.A couple of months ago she suffered what is thought to have been a septic joint and now she has a lot of secondary arthritis change in that joint....her left elbow.In addition to her anti-inflammatory/pain medication she has been attending VetHab for massage,laser and acupuncture.She has started to make some improvement and can now tolerate a small amount of exercise.Shes got to the stage where she can try some swimming as it is non-weightbearing exercise and will allow her to burn off some energy without making the joint worse.This is her first session with my colleagues at Pet Health and Therapy Centre so shes a bit splashy but shell get the hang of it!
