This is Louie & Pride, both ERU-Equine Chronic Uveitis, aka Moon Blindness. They wear their Equivizor Recovery Vizors 24/7 in the pasture for protection from the UV rays & provides protection from any objects the horses might bump into which can have serious negative affects on an eye with Chronic Uveitis. For example, any trauma can cause it to flare and also an ulcer which this can be disastrous if the horse is having a bout of active Uveitis because you can NOT treat them with steroids when they have an ulcer. Which often makes it almost impossible to get the flare to settle down. It is made of a very durable soft PVC material and will not collapse on itself.
