This is MUTV1...This is what we do: TBJ-Media Communications Group LLC, (dba MUTV1), a registered Tennessee company, headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee operates as an Urban Multi-Media Communications Company established to meet the various educational, entertainment and news media needs of the African-American Urban Citizens residing in the mid-south region, through the operations of Cable television programming; Internet online broadcast programming; Internet online radio programming; and News media internet programming. The mission of MUTV1 is to strengthen the African-American Community by using public access television to: facilitate the sharing of information; enhance community dialogue; encourage individual and artistic expression; create an awareness of local interests, views and cultures; provide a vehicle for collaborative problem-solving; and promote community involvement. Corporate Overview MUTV1 objectives is to: further develop and enhance the connection between traditional TV viewership combined with new innovative waves of broadcast; Improve access to science and technology; Enhance entrepreneurship and access to financial capital; and Build a 21st century media infrastructure. MUTV1 four goals are: 24 hour broadcasting MULTI-Casting channel in collaboration with internet service of Mutv1; having the access to broadcast thru U stream, live stream, Facebook and Justin.tv. (viewership also includes cell phone, tablets and IPADS) Increasing African-American networking over the Internet by broadcasting live in HD digital TV 24 hour live, over the Internet/broadband television network opportunities for Memphis/Mid-South African-American viewers with wellness programs buying/selling opportunities programs, educational and news informational services. To facilitate, promote, coordinate and manage public access programming at affordable prices for small businesses and individual producers. The Memphis Tennessee Mid-South area (TN-AR-MS) has a population of 1.3 million people and 600,000 are African-American. Memphis, TN (Mid-south) is ranked 12th in the top 100 African-American Markets to have a 24-hour regional broadcast network targeting African-American viewers. MUTV1 services will include video productions, duplication, live concert taping, studio recording (both audio & video), animation, internet networking, commercial taping, advertising and video editing. MUTV1 will provide the populace with another outlet to produce and showcase their professional and quality programming. MUTV1 will be the only broadcasting networking of its kind in the mid-south (TN-AR-MS) owned by an African-Americans. This will position MUTV1 to be an informational center for the public. Consumers to benefit from targeted broadcasting, products, and other services in coordination with other African-American companies. however, for entrepreneurs to be successful and for small businesses to thrive, access to financial capital is critically important.
