This is Ms. Pepper. We adopted her from The Cat Shack in February of 2011. When we got her, she was so shy and scared that she spent the first 3 weeks under the bed. I am happy to say that she is now out and about in her new home (we moved from a condo in Allentown to a house in Boyertown). Actually, she runs the place. It took her time, but we couldnt be happier with our adoption. She is so comfortable, that she now jumps up on the sofa and allows us to pet her!!! (had doubts this would ever happen). With all of the progress she has made, I now have hope that someday, she will lay in our lap and allow us to love her even more!!! Thank you Barb Heer Philips for helping us adopt her.
