This is My Submission for the AUGUST GIVEAWAY Okay so here is what I Smoked Yesterday , I took a Corn Beef Brisket out and put it in a Brine of Pickling Spices and 3 teaspoons of Kosher Salt ( Optional ) Covered it and keep in the Frig overnight , then Got the old Trusty cutting board out & made some diamond cuts into the fat , then I took McCormics , Applewood rub & coated the Brisket all over top, bottom sides, ends , Got the smoker ready and put that bad Boy in with Apple wood to smoke it , 250 degrees Of Course I had to have a few Beers for the Family we have here on the page lol , Then I decided to put some vidalia Onions on wrapped in tin foil and poked some holes in it and Smoked them with the apple wood , Wrapped the Brisket in saran wrap for about 45 Minutes broke out the slicer ,and dinner was On . Enjoy everyone :) Smoked for 11hrs
